Subject: Red Rock Refinery Illegal Assaults
.

Good Afternoon,

My name is Esme Blake, Chief of Operations for Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing.

I would like to file formal complaints and declarations against Red Rock Refinery. Operating under Deep Space Engineering identification, it has been found to be engaging Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing vessels between Sirian standard time of 1800 and 2000. During this period, it opens fire on vessels inbound from the Colorado-Galileo Jump Gate; this engagement appears to incite fire from the stationed Border Control Cruisers, One Police Plaza, the Colorado Docking Ring, and Syracuse Station.

Proof can be found here, taken by one of Bristol C&M’s mining vessels.

I have attempted to restore a peaceable status via unofficial channels between Bristol C&M and DSE. DSE have failed to adequately respond to these attempts.

Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing finds the current state to be illegal under Liberty Law, namely the provisions of 7. Assault and 10.4 Public Disturbance. I would request that the issue be rectified in favor of the continuance of affairs in regards to common Liberty Law and the public good. I would be willing to waive damages and the costs of repairs which have occurred due to these unprovoked attacks against Bristol C&M vessels in the pursuit of that public good.

Thank you for your time.
