It is a rather big surprise to hear from you. After your hurried departure from the Fifth Fleet years ago I have assumed you would have left Liberty by now but I was seemingly wrong in that assumption. To come to the point, the Fifth Fleet was downsized drastically and mostly dissolved by now. There is only a few ships left that carry her transponder with pride. I was re-assigned as the Fleet Admiral of the First Fleet some time ago now. If you wish to return to the Navy, there is always an open spot for you, Commander. We could really use someone with your skills as Kusari is continuously trying to escalate these border skirmishes into a full scale war.

If you decide you do not wish to return to the Navy, we could always use a reliable asset in form of a mercenary or otherwise. The table is set, the choice is yours, Blake.
