LN jumps on Junkers due possion of corsair weaps

LN aren't cops, they're the Navy, they're generally a bit less corrupt, though not totally uncorrupt, also, I did ban a few of these Junkers that act bad, and more keep popping out, plus it didn't stop those I banned from taking shelter on Rochester and say that "LN" can't come there. So I stand by my statement, either they start acting in RP or face the consequences. When the Navy looks at the junkers, they know they smuggle, and do some random petty crimes, but when these people start producing harder criminals, many in a short time, and it ain't stopping, then something must be done, and aside from banning them all, there isn't much else that can be done within the game.
