Mr Sanders I can confirm that the review has been completed, and we are content to sign off on the vessel and accept ownership. There are several minor defects that were noted, but none are material to completion. They are within our powers to address locally, particularly given the time pressure we are now working under. You should be receiving the commissioning paperwork and the final tranche of payments shortly. The transponder will need to be updated as specified, at which point we will bring the vessel into service as the HMPS Berwyn. The CDI will arrange for the necessary Heavy Lifters to attend shortly.
