He kept his head forward, even if she walked around him, physical contact on that padded shoulder of his. He passed her a napkin with something bound in it with a paper clip, he held it low and close to Lisanak without making eye contact with it, a tradition of covert passing-on. Opening would show torn slip from another page of the Tenets of the Platform. The page detailing '§6 Eternal Emancipation' with the name 'Blood Dragons' written on the napkin. "Its a Kusari underground group, they also have issues with parties like the Core and Nomads... And they're likely to be open minded about the concept to view what the Core have done is a genocide. Although convincing them? Harder than us, there is still enough trauma caused by the Nomads for them to attack the unknown, outright."

He stood up from the table, hands held behind his back as he bowed. "You have no 'need' of such for your existence, but exploration means more than just what you need, its what you can experience. This, for now, is the key to that." He zipped up any pockets he had open and straightened out his flight suit. "Don't worry, the cards are for you to keep when you have time to explore the less utilitarian aspects our culture has to offer."

"Lisanak, its been a pleasure, I hope that we can talk again and on a more personal level so I can understand your kind." He held out a hand to her once again, hoping that there wasn't too much to dent out from the last squeeze.
