Dear Inspector O'Sullivan,

In light of the satisfactory inspection, all but our dock pilots have been recalled. The vessel's umbilical has been severed and it is now fully running on it's own power. Tugs are currently moving her out of the berth and onto external moorings so your appointed heavy lifters have an easier job moving her.

I can confirm that all paperwork has been received and completed. We have ended our possession of the vessel on the registry and updated it with the new designation, HMPS Berwyn, this has been successfully been filed with the Bretonia Ship Register.

It has been a pleasure working with yourself and the inspection team, it would be wonderful to work further with yourselves or other government organisations.
