It definitely can't do wings down in the current size, it ranges from barely fits to outright doesn't on a lot of ships
Either way the ship is comically small, I think some BCs are genuinely larger than it
Do you realise you're just nitpicking here? "Can't do wings down" isn't really an argument unless every Valkyrie landing on it does a crash land with no regard for safety of Elbe's integrity.

I did double check and it's most freighters (sinfully including the Humpback) and a few of the larger fighters/bombers it can't fit
The overall size of the ship is also still nearly universally considered comical
