To all personnel,

The following orders apply to every officer and every asset of the Fleet;

• All available forces are to reinforce LIBNORTHCOM through their swift redeployment to the Colorado system.
  
  As per the most recent Press Release by the Government, Liberty's stance will remain defensive towards the outrageous acts of our Northern neighbors. To quote the Secretary of State;
  "Liberty is making it perfectly clear that it will not stand for such blatant disregard for interhouse treaties, and will act to protect itself from acts of aggression by any house violating said treaties. At this time, Libertonian military forces are now under orders to treat any Kusari military forces found within sovereign Libertonian space as engaging in a potential invasion and act accordingly. All vessels entering Liberty from Galileo will be searched for devices that would allow agents of the Kusari government to engage in espionage, and any persons found to be facilitating such acts will be imprisoned as spies."
  
  
• The Colorado and Galileo systems are considered active warzones.
  
  This Communications Channel established by the Admiralty of the First Fleet provides more details on the matter. Our doctrine and modus operandi matches that of the First Fleet and their Admiralty's orders are to be treated in equal regard to ours.
  
  
• Heavy capital assets are to remain in Colorado and fortify key positions within the system. Refer to your on-field commanding officers for further instructions.
  
  We, as much as the First Fleet, will not aim to further provoke the Kusari Naval Forces. Heavy assets of any class are to remain outside the Galileo system, unless ordered otherwise by an Admiral of the First or Forty-sixth Fleet.

In addition to the above orders that apply to all personnel, I have attached encrypted data packets for the various specialized divisions within the Fleet.

Special Warfare Group

- Command of SWG remains exclusive to the Forty-sixth Fleet's Admiralty. Should a member of said Admiralty not be available, then command of SWG lies within SWG itself.
- You are permitted to enter the systems of Galileo and Shikoku during your operations, as per your discretion.
- You are permitted to use any means necessary to fulfill your goals.
- Civilians in the AO are to be assumed hostile unless proven otherwise.

Alpha Squadron

- Alpha are to immediately redeploy to Colorado and remain stationed on Carrier Ohio. Your purpose will be to serve as a QRF, should SWG require reinforcements.
- Standard procedures apply for the command of Alpha Squadron. Additionally, should Alpha be found operating with SWG, then command falls to the latter.
- Alpha will aid local assets within the Colorado or Galileo systems provided that they are not in a joint operation with SWG.

Epsilon Squadron

- As the reconnaissance wing of the Naval Intelligence Division, Epsilon will closely coordinate with SWG.
- Command of Epsilon remains exclusive to the Forty-sixth Fleet's Admiralty, the Director of the NID, and lastly any on-field SWG officers.

Task Force Akhetaten

- All assets of TFA are to follow the generalized orders listed above. With Task Group Akhetaten One and Two assets all moving to Colorado, the combined groups will once again be operating under the banner of the task force. Command of Task Force Akhetaten assets remains with Vice Admiral Maria Uhmen and Commodore Luisa Chiavallati.
- The Special Operations Group, currently only containing the LNS Sacramento, is to be the main supply ship of all operations being conducted in Galileo, coordinating directly with SWG. Any duties regarding in-going or out-going supplies will be undertaken by Sacramento.

Exceptions to the above follow below;
- LNS Akhetaten: As the flagship of the task force and the most capable intelligence gathering ship of the Fleet, the Akhetaten will remain under its own command. On-field assets that operate alongside the Akhetaten are assumed to be under the Akhetaten's command, unless otherwise specified.
- LNS New Jersey: The New Jersey, captained by Commodore Luisa Chiavallati, is TFA's second command ship. Should the Akhetaten be off-field, command of TFA assets in the vicinity falls to the New Jersey.
- LNS Memphis: The Memphis will remain in the Magellan AO, aiding in operations against the increased Liberty Rogue activity in the sector.
- LNS Reprisal: The Reprisal will remain in the Magellan AO along with Memphis. Should further assistance be required in LIBNORTHCOM, Reprisal will be relocated.
