Dr. Holliday has authorized me to reach out to you. My name is Eddie Sloan and I am the chief engineer here on Med Force One. I basically keep this hunk of steel, circuitry and plasma going every day. We have a jump drive here that seems to give us more trouble than it's worth so you have my attention.
