I have to admit, I didn't expect as smooth a ride as what we got, Phoenix.

Aside from the nosey Bretonian, the trip was uneventful. Admittedly, it was probably the best choice to avoid House space altogether, what with that Agincourt seemingly out looking for us. I do wonder what his plan was, and whether he'd try to start something. Eh, not like it matters. He would have been destroyed had he tried anything. You had me covered.

Sailas' offer still stands, by the way. Don't know if your selected individuals made you aware but Phoenix can feel free to stop by Ikarus anytime and share nerd talk, if you're that way inclined. Or just regular talk, if that's more your people's speed. I know it's more mine, I much prefer the exploration side of space and charting the unknowns.

Karl's in a whole heap of trouble too, what with not being around for the big day. Sailas mentioned a pay cut or something, which sounds more substantial than it is. If he gets much lower on his salary, he'll be paying us to work for us.

In any case, I do hope that this reuniting of communications will prove beneficial to the both of us in the near foreseeable future. Wouldn't be all that great to have us requesting help from you all and not give anything back in return. Let us know if there's anything we can do for you, and we'll see what we can scrounge up.
