Admirals,

With the tensions up north reaching the melting point, I can certainly say that any potential scenarios where some of us are rendered inoperable to command the ships at our immediate disposal will come to reality. Therefore, it is my opinion that we should introduce a training program for commanding and operating a Mako-class Battleship to the higher ranks in the fleet in an event if myself, my XO or any assigned and trusted officers are unable, unavailable or otherwise incapable of performing our duties. The Umbra remains an asset of the Forty-Sixth fleet and it should see active service, regardless of who’s in her command.
