I attacked those 5 PLH, I attacked Kane in his Zertoren char, as Wraith Shadow, I attacked a few others in another char. All unprovoked. You must only give reason before attacking if you are pirating them. Personally I think an attack is warrented as the person's name indicates he is a pirate. Jump_gate_pirate = pirate. Not that hard to understand.

Yes I am asking for a three week ban based on all the incidents where "Jessica" has disobeyed the server rules of conduct.

On same topic for Jessica, I told her if she apologized to McNeo I would drop all attempts for the temporary ban, and she has apologized and McNeo and I agree that due to the apology she does not need to suffer any punishment.

I've fought with two ships before. When maintaining that [Wraith]Shadow was my friend, not me myself. I flew the Wraith in a Talon, and my own [AW]-Chimaera a Kusari Cruiser. I flew BOTH. At the SAME TIME, in the SAME fight. Its possible.

I find it hard to believe that you, as one person could control two ships in a firefight against eachother and successfully do evasive manuvers and weapons firing that takes two hands to do. But props if you pulled it off.

And Oddity, you will see them as hacked if someone else has hacked them. Perhaps they are Nomad Lasers, not possible to get. Perhaps the equipment is not sold in Discovery at all but still known in Ioncross. I've looked at the stuff you can edit to characters using Ioncross. And there are tons. Even some from other mods you can add to it. If someone hacked one of those, it will show up with the name it used. Perhaps its not edited weaponry but weaponry not available for sale anywhere in Disco.

First off, Ioncross has default item codes that help it be compatible with multiple mods. Just because you see an item in Ioncross does NOT mean it exists in the mod your server uses.

Second, the only way to "hack" an item onto your ship is for you to edit the ships file to come with that piece of equipment, in that case you would pay the price the base charges for the equipment. If the base doesn't sell the equipment, you are automaticly kicked form the server on launch.

And you say under "false pretenses." Well that would imply there was a reason given. Perhaps you would like to give out what the reason presented was. Then there is the fact of the bounty. If Kane only gave out 10mil for my head, then he defenately would not have given out 300 million for some one who is not even known by most people of the server. What could he have possibly done. I agree, that you've been had. You say it was passed on by word of mouth and PM. If so, who's mouth, and who's forum account? If you got it from Mcneo then there is no doubt you'd been had.

"False pretenses" was used for the time she engaged Jump_Gate_pirate claiming there is a 300 Million credit bounty on his head.

And I KNOW there is noone named Dark in RM. The last one to have Dark in its name in RM was Dark_shadow who had used Lord_Koss in RM, and is not in RM atm. Also, any notification of bounties posted by the RM, would be posted on thei bounty list. The only time they do it in secret is when it is a bounty on someone important, such as another clan leader, or when it is in response to something very large done to RM. Since nothing has been done to RM recently that warrants 300mil that is out. And seeing as how the guy is relatively unknown, also takes out the clan leader theory.

The information with the name "Dark in RM" is what Jessica gave as the name for the bounty poster. The original intent of this post was to claim the bounty OR achieve some kind of punishment for making up false information to get around her nuetral ID tag preventing her from attacking other players.

Only reason to have a 300mil bounty is when they want everyone on the server going after that large amount, which means making a public announcement.

I agree this is an absurd amount of money, hence why McNeo and I decided to kill our fellow corsair.
