Admin Notice: Account or IP Banned?

Good evening,

I recently decided to return to Freelancer after a long time. Unfortunately, during the patching process my game installation became corrupted, and I unknowingly tried to log in several times with the faulty data. Because of this, one of my accounts appears to have been banned.

I have since identified the issue and fixed the problem. Would it be possible to have my account unbanned?
