Bretonian society is built upon the back of understatement and sarcasm, it's probably what we do best. Without it I doubt I'd be alive today to be having this conversation with you.

It's as bad as we feared then. For the past few months we have been sending out patrols to the fringes of our reach, all reporting the same, trouble. Internally we have also been having issues, reports of so called capital ghost ships in Cambridge, ships who attack on sight in Newcastle. The winds are changing, hence my contact.

As I wish for this cooperation to flourish, I would like to extend a hand of help to your forces. We know about the Atum in Coronado, with our friends in the Crayter Republic. We can only imagine the extent of internal damage considering what the outside looks like. What do you need to get her back up and running again? I cannot offer manpower, but I can offer whatever supplies I can get my hands on.
