I hope this transmission finds you well, it has been some time since we spoke directly.
No doubt you are aware of the Atums repairs steadily progressing in Sabahs drydocks, a fact for we are extremely grateful.
Other allies such as Phoenix have stepped up with their convoys, bringing valuable materials under the guise of Zoner neutrality, hopefully speeding up the process.

However, it seems something has come up.

Recently the Order received a transmission from BIS stating they are aware of the Atums state and that it is currently undergoing repairs at Sabah, they too are offering to assist in providing materials. Before responding, let alone confirming a potential bluff on their end, I wanted to verify if you are aware that the Bretonian Inteligence Service have this knowledge, as well as if you foresee any potential diplomatic fallout for the Crayter Republic if I were to take them up on their offer.
