"Doctor Thorn, don't worry about working with Jump-Space theory or the complicated praxis of getting Hacker technology to work. There's a piece to this temporal puzzle that we may solve to work towards the greater goal of freedom-of-movement for all. I'll be around Newport to provide you a copy of the information we got from the Hackers that I made sure was clean... Not that I think this direct source had anything malicious onboard.

"I know you work in the ancient history of those who inhabited Sirius before us, the research around jump space is scattered from their experiments both successful and abandoned across Sirius, locked away by powers who both fear and relish what it could sow. This restriction denies one key requirement to the greatest success in humanity's exploration of the stars, the truth must be recorded and to have unbiased acceptance for its evolving reality. My goal is to study the Jump-Network, better its health, and our understanding of it to minimize the environmental damage we cause to our Void -- instead of sapping it for its remaining vitality into dust and poisoning our chance of a home in Sirius.

"The local variations of 'Tome Scriptures' that have drawn my attention from time to time, and are a unlawful possession in Rheinland, have taught me that dangerous experiments have taken place here... the question is if they were the successful ones that lead to the vanishing of the DKV~?

"Here, I have something for us to discuss, or take away and ponder on it for yourself before I come to Newport:

ConsArch.Ref.img:Navigator

"The closest relation in our native syntax I could align to this was simply 'Navigator', but I do not have the human phonetic script of how to say this symbol. Its mentioning is confined to anything that relates to interacting with jump-space with prescience of cause and affect, and were a core function of traversing the jump network. If the Nomads are capable of psionic abilities, then I am sure the DKV didn't use optronics and multiplexers to handle their co-ordination and observations through jump space.

"Rheinlands relics and anomalous research have repeatedly referenced this symbol. Old-Imperial records at roughly 600A.S~ had first noticed the frequency of these symbols in certain artifacts and structures... There is no direct label to 'tools or hardware', no reference to any species, no reference found on ancient star-charts; So therefore the symbol has been mostly regarded as a role of one-or-many within the DKV empire.

"My obstacle is my recognition of Daam-K'vosh symbolism and references are still at a foundation level; I've attempted to brute force the access to jump-space once with human technology during an emergency... It didn't go well and my blindness from that time has slowly faded. I require a "translation" matrix to communicate with the jump network, as the routes are centralized by the Anchor in Earhart and are of the ancient ones making. Unfortunately we still need to rely on our binary and qubits, disconnected from our own minds to comprehend that for us, but we can build up a translation matrix of the 'Navigators' psionics processes when they were listening and studying the jump-network.

"Even if its a tool that does it all, or we have to build the protocols from shattered pieces of ancient ruins. If you can find me anything that documents to how a 'navigator' would have interacted with network itself, and how they interfaced with their jump equipment like the Anchor... I would be inclined to pray the Void grants you an awakening into a truly better world, for helping us synergize humanity closer to our stellar cradle.

"I in the meantime will be trying to correlate the various stellar anomalies, those across Sirius that tie in with Jump-space. Isolate what are constant variables in stable, collapsed and volatile jump corridors. I'll be willing to pay for your disclosure of information and assistance, or better yet, I can handle a future clandestine task of your own request."

"I'll see you at Newport soon."
