Kusari Today
The Independent News Service

Good morning fellow citizens of the Empire. Today we have made a rather long interview in regard to the events in Galileo System, where the KOI rescue operation of the experimental vessel, belonging to a joint operation of Kusari Naval Forces and Kishiro Technologies, has been disrupted by the alleged Liberty Navy and LSF forces.

In the most recent interview at the California border control checkpoint, predominantly withholding the vessels either built or registered in Kusari, with a few vessels seemingly belonging to the Zoner diaspora, Captain Brown from LNS Akhetaten has been responding to the questions of our correspondent, Jiro Hajima.

Upon being questioned about the events itself, initially the captain of the Libertonian capital ship holding a covert patrol over the checkpoint rejected any involvement, stating that she "hadn't heard of any "experimental tech" in Galileo until ten seconds ago". Moreover, his statement went as far as blatantly stating that "Liberty protects its interests" upon being question about Liberty government fearing loss of the monopoly over jump technology by Ageira.

That statements sounded even more dull, given later in the interview the officer in question still denied that "Liberty hasn't been involved into remains of IKN Niyodo", however later adding that "[Liberty Forces] were inside Galileo three days ago".

The questions were also raised about amassed fleets in the more or less closer vicinity of the Galileo Jumpgate in Colorado: "The Government moved various assets of the Liberty Navy to the northern border of Colorado (...) due to the mining fields in Galileo."

Captain Samantha Brown also declined the official statement of the Kusari Prime Minister, quoting: "You are being fed lies, and you believe them. You are being told that Liberty is engaging into hostile acts against - Empire, when you were --and continue to be-- the aggressors all along." In further ado, she also exclaimed that "If you're bringing this message to Kusari, let it be known that (...) It is only natural that Liberty will defend this technology."

This clearly states that even Liberty Navy officers sees our proud defenders of Kusari as existential threat to Liberty, and the Empire itself as a threat to status quo imposed by Ageira Technologies, monopolizing means of travel among the colonies. It only proves that Liberty is obviously ran by corporations such as Ageira from behind the scenes and influencing the foreign politics of Liberty, as well as shaping its military interventionism.
