Name of Faction: BAF| Bretonian Armed Forces Name of Faction Leader: @AlphaWolf215 Number of Active Players this Quarter: 6
What have you done to advance your faction’s goals this quarter?
With the imminent deployment of a FOB to Tau-23 in the works, the BAF is currently preparing for a worst case scenario in the region. The ongoing dublin offensive is taking up a large portion of resources, but the recent revelation of Jump Drive technology (at least to Sirius at large) is providing an additional headache the BAF must contend with - what exactly could this mean for future defence? [1]
What are your faction’s goals for the next quarter?
Deploy our FOB to the Tau 23 system and begin operations in and around Planet Harris. [2]
What have you done to drive activity and promote high quality roleplay this quarter?
We have worked to take stock of our resources, and to look at how we can work with our allies to ensure greater security in the Tau region, especially with the recent leak of the Jump Drive technology [3]
Interaction with civilian organisations has led to further training for Armed Forces officers. The effects of years of war have certainly taken their toll
In addition, new board appointments has allowed for new flag officers to specialise in particular areas, dedicating them to tasks that match their strengths
How would you like your NPC faction’s story to be developed moving forward?
Further development in the Tau region would compliment our ongoing operations there. Would be nice to discuss the Dublin situation further as it feels like that area has become a bit of a stalemate (which is stagnant for activity purposes)
What roleplay, events, or activities have you done this quarter to promote this development?
As can be seen from the links above, we are attempting to stimulate other members of the Harris Alliance in order to promote activity in the Tau region. We believe this will generate more interest from other factions (both allies and opposition). While no events have been organised as yet, we're eager to make use of our new board appointments to encourage engagement in this area. We have also been working with other groups (such as MFE above and Aegis Initiative), and look forward to more organic encounters occurring with visitors to Bretonia
