Reviewing the Junker Base laws, I see absolutely no issue in abiding by them. I am simply asking... is it a terrible deal breaker in the event we are attacked, and we happen to deal with the enemy before leaving the 10K No Fire Zone? Sometimes these little encounters end quite fast for one side or the other, whether aggressor or defender. It is simply the chaotic nature of these occurrences.

Yet, onto the more important part:
