And that is exactly what he did. He built up this RP for about 10 or 15 minutes and was rambling on about spotting Nomads in NY. I didn't stick around to see the navy or police engage the AI but i can say for sure that what happened is simply poor RP from the lawfuls in NY.

Agreed, Im an outcast who frequents that area, and of course, I tend to play along with large RPs, they are interesting.

needless to say, someone engaging without so much as a "Engaging outcast" is incredibly frequent and just plain annoying, even worse when they dont RP at all

people are killhappy, nonetheless
