While en route to Frankfurt from Omicron Delta carrying a sample of Kemwer Munitions for distribution tracking, we encountered an ALG hauler calling itself the Fragile.Dream hauling a full load of Kemwer Munitions bound for the Freeport. Given the disposition of the Director towards ALG, we elected to instruct the gun runner to return to Sigma 13. The Fragile.Dream exploited our reluctance to fire, and fled into the Freeport.

With the rise of Kemwer and Volgograd origin weaponry finding their way into the hands of common criminals in Rheinland, investigation into the possible role of ALG in the trafficking of arms may be worth investigation.

Given the delicate political situation, we will refrain from reporting the ALG vessel to other law enforcement agencies for the time being.
