This, combined with the barely altered faction status, are the two things that give me a lot of pause. As per @Greed, there are no criteria for posting an officialdom request and very strong arguments can be made for none existing, but you're already off on a bad foot not having just taken the time to appear in game and strut your stuff prior to doing what essentially amounts to mashing the respawn button.
