To the Bretonian government,

Due to increasing security concerns along the Omega trade corridor, as well as prior attacks on diplomatic envoys, we are formally requesting a last-minute revision to our diplomatic escort protocols for both the current summit and any future diplomatic events, consisting of the following:

1. Permittance of a Tirpitz-class Battlecruiser, the [RM]KKS-Kaiserin.Leicht to replace a previously allotted diplomatic liner. It will operate under strict rules of engagement (ie, it will not be permitted to fire while in Bretonian space) and be beholden to the commands of Bretonia's security forces while in Bretonian space.

2. A reinforced escort consisting of several gunboats and fighter craft.

In the event we do not receive an affirmative reply, we will continue with the previously allotted craft as per current regulations.
