I hope OSI has been keeping busy, though knowing the Omicrons, that is hardly ever in doubt. I seem to write to you often enough these days that I may eventually have to start charging for stationery.

I am contacting you on behalf of Maric Metallurgical Labs with a straightforward proposal. MML has a steady industrial need for Uranium and HazMat Canisters, and OSI strikes us as a reliable partner to establish a standing supply arrangement for both.

To that end, I have attached a proposed standing contract for your review, together with the delivery form MML would ask OSI pilots to use when reporting completed shipments in the contract communications thread. The structure is simple: deliveries are paid at posted station rates, while cumulative verified deliveries count toward milestone compensation paid directly to the official OSI account.

There is no urgency that demands you answer this within the hour, though I would naturally be pleased if you did. Review it at your convenience, and should anything require adjustment, MML is open to discussion.

STANDING SUPPLY AGREEMENT

Parties: Maric Metallurgical Labs (MML) and Omicron Supply Industries (OSI)

Purpose:
This agreement establishes a standing supply arrangement under which OSI pilots may deliver strategic industrial commodities to Maric Metallurgical Labs in exchange for payment at posted station rates and additional milestone compensation.

Accepted Commodities:
- HazMat Canisters — 220 Credits per unit
- Uranium — 60 Credits per unit

Delivery Procedure:
1. Deliveries made under this agreement must be completed by OSI pilots.
2. Each qualifying delivery must be reported in the designated contract communications thread using the MML-issued delivery form.
3. Every report must include proof of delivery.
4. MML shall maintain the running delivery total under this agreement.

Bonus Structure:
1. HazMat Canisters and Uranium delivered under this agreement are pooled together toward the same cumulative milestone.
2. Upon completion of each 20,000 delivered units, MML shall issue a milestone payment of 1,200,000 Credits.
3. Said milestone payment shall be transferred to the official OSI bank account.
4. Any units delivered in excess of the completed 20,000 milestone shall roll forward and be counted toward the next milestone.

Verification and Payment:
1. Commodity payment is made according to the live posted station purchase price at the time of delivery.
2. Milestone bonus payments are issued only after MML verifies that the cumulative 20,000-unit threshold has been reached through submitted delivery reports.
3. MML shall publicly confirm each completed milestone in the contract thread.

Delivery Continuation Clause:
Upon reaching a completed 20,000-unit milestone, OSI may either:
- suspend further contract deliveries until the milestone payment is confirmed, or
- continue deliveries without interruption, with additional verified units being tracked toward the next milestone.

MML notes that temporary suspension after a completed milestone is the safer administrative option should OSI wish to avoid any uncertainty in milestone accounting.

General Terms:
1. This agreement is standing in nature and remains valid until amended, suspended, or terminated by either party.
2. This agreement is non-exclusive unless otherwise stated by mutual consent.
3. MML reserves the right to amend posted commodity prices according to station needs and market conditions. Such amendments do not alter already verified deliveries.
4. Only deliveries properly submitted and verified in the contract thread shall count toward milestone totals.
