We've all seen the news. Liberty struck down Admiral Okamoto in his home, murdered him! These snakes strike now because they fear Kusari's strength. They fear the strength of patriots like Admiral Okamoto, who would have drawn the blade of war and driven the devils before him in Kusari's name. Our government meekly accepts this crime, and does nothing to defend its people against Liberty's deceitful evil. Why does the KNF not pour into Galileo and rout the enemy in the name of a fallen hero? If they will not, we, the people of Kusari, will be forced to take justice into our own hands! Men and women of Planet New Tokyo, Kyushu, Honshu, Junyo: rise up and take your future into your own hands! Those of you with ships, join the people's flotilla this coming Saturday, 19:00 UTC. We will block the Trade Lanes in Galileo and turn back any foreign devil who attempts to defile the homeland. We have faith, and we have the strength of the Kusari people! For justice and revenge! OORP information

Something will be happening in Galileo on Saturday 19:00 UTC. If you would like to join the Kusari civilian blockade, you are welcome to do so. Recommendations include a Samura, Kishiro, Hogosha, or Freelancer fighter / freighter. A restart for Kusari Civilians will be added on Junyo shortly before.

There is no restriction on who can attend and react to the developments. This is an entirely freeform event. Staff may announce rule changes on the fly to react to events.
