I tried to say that after all the steps you suggested, and when my accounts selected/active the game asks me to create another account again and there are no ships, nothing.

Hello. once again. tried restoring the accounts... and i managed to generate signature? hopefully correctly (probably)
and tried to check what is inside, and found no ships.
Did you use those accounts from era before 2020 year? i remember around 2020 year september i think accounts were no longer deleted after 6 months of no usage.
If your accounts from before that era, they were potentially long ago deleted due to no usage.
Sending into PM results of my accounts restoring. I am able to login into them without game requesting to input account again.

This accounts were created after permanent characters were made a thing.
Also, the member of the staff that provided me with the codes told me that these are all my accounts (I took it he found ships created).
