You can try asking admins again.
I do not have sufficient level of accesses to help with this investigation and to say with confidence if accounts accounts are recoverable or not in this situation.
I can only predict, if one admin was diligent enough and did not discover them though, good chance they aren't recoverable. If he was not very diligent in his effort, then may be smth is still findable and another looking admin may be will find smth.
