Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry you had bad experience. I hope you are doing better now.
Honestly, in this very case, we do not think anything particularly wrong was done. I'd argue RP could've been of higher quality, if anything.
Was it a fair matchup? Definitely not. But it was not excessive either.
It looks like it started as an unfair fight for one side and ended as an unfair for the opposite side. A definitive loss for someone being guaranteed.
You expected the DTR player to switch to another ship, which might have been doable, but there is no guarantee they even have (a suitable) one in the proximity of the encounter. At least in my case, almost all of my ships are in Omicrons or Omegas. TBH snub might have at best just allowed a gunboat to kill you alone.
A couple of weeks ago, I do recall being present in a battle where one RPA destroyer was firing on 3 Sair snubs while they were already fighting 2 or 3 Molly gunships and 1 snub, and no one really complained, fighting as best as they can in the losing battle. And that was right after we had RP and spared that player from guaranteed death about 30 minutes prior to that.
I gave a thumbs up to the member for not getting involved in the ooc chatter, even more so if it was in local chat (I can't tell by the plain text). Reason being is it can potentially heat things up and make it much worse than it was, and I prefer that the faction HC deals with it, be it in feedback or some other way.
I hope we'll provide you some proper fun next time.
