Allow me to begin this by saying that I understand your plight. To us all, Okamoto was a model citizen, one who rose up to answer duty's call, and in so doing, proving a most capable tactician and a brilliant strategist. Yet for some, myself amongst these damned souls, he was a friend. Words cannot, and never will, be sufficient to describe the sorrow that such a tragedy brings. It is my hope that Kusari shall not forget his sacrifice.

But I come to you to speak not of loss and sorrow, but of revenge. To you and yours, I extend an invitation; for the past weeks, I have labored tirelessly to devise plans for a surgical strike to bring about the end of this corrupt cabinet, unwilling as they are to push harder against Liberty's brazen moves and offering nothing but empty words in the wind when faced with national tragedy. I have no doubt that His Radiance will see our righteous cause and aid us, therefore it falls upon our shoulders to bring to justice those traitors on New Tokyo that still chant for peace as they cower and shy away from their responsibilities.

No longer must we accept their meddling. Lend me your strength, and we will- we must put our great nation back onto the path to eternal glory. I understand this is no simple matter I am asking you to provide your advice upon, nor your patriots' knowledge and experience, but I have faith that you will see the need for such reform.
