"Veil told me to prepare a design for a workshop on Nebel to handle research and development related to hyperspace technologies."

"Frankly, I'm a little worried. People live on Nebel. Lots of people. If something goes wrong..."

He sighs.

"But, as they say back home, if it has to be done, it has to be done. I've compiled a preliminary list of the materials we need for construction. You can find it in the attachments."

"The station is still expanding. If this workshop is needed urgently, we'll free up one of the storage spaces for it. If not, we'll fit a special annex for it as part of the regular expansion."
