Bug: Omega-3 Fields Roth and Coombe Not properly tagged as Mineable

Reproduction Steps:

Go to Omega-3
Open NavMap and see these two fields have Hydrocarbons mineable
Go in game and look at the fields see they are not highlighted on the Mining Tab
Shrug and go to buy Hydrocarbons from Douglas like a True Red Blooded Bretonian
Shoot a rock out of curiosity and get Hydrocarbons
