While I respect your independent spirit and your initiative, I doubt much will come from their side.
At best, they will laugh off the attempt. At worst, they will try to squeeze even more from us through yet another useless treaty. They lost Reincarnation, we crippled the Vis, and still they persist in meddling with our affairs.
As you know, the Corsairs have now parked a capital-class vessel barely thirty klicks from Sparta. I do not consider that de-escalation by any measure.
We are even considering a joint assault against it.
Until Freeport 9 is either restored to our hands or reduced to dust, there will be no peace.
