- Blood Dragon is now capable of equipping level 10 shields and weapons.
- Capital ships turrets are available for sale on major planets of each House.
- Level requirement for buying new ships and equipment is now 38 (single-player compatible).
- Fire rate of capital ship missile turrets reduced.
- Gunboats and cruisers no longer come with forward guns pre-installed; players can buy them separately.
- Turrets from capital ships cannot be equipped on transports, freighters and fighters.
- Power supplies for capital ships regenerate slower.
- Titan is slightly more maneuverable and has better power supply than before.
- Torpedo speeds increased.
- Level of detail ranges for stations and large ships increased - you'll be able to see further than before!
- New York internal jump hole relocated.
- Orinoco nebula in Omicron Theta relocated.
- Fixed Executioner strafe bug and other bugs.

* Forward guns are now classified as guns, not turrets. You won't be able to equip Liberty cruiser and Rheinland gunboat forward guns on other capital ships.
* Actual cruise speed is now displayed; earlier it always showed 300 however in fact it was 350. Now it will show 350.
* Avenger was not removed from Kurile, but added for sale on one of the Liberty battleships.

Installation Notes

To install Discovery mod, use Freelancer Mod Manager v1.31. If you already have an earlier version of Discovery installed (4.73 or higher) and don't want to use FLMM, you may simply overwrite files in Freelancer game folder. Just rename Discovery4.77.zip.flmod into Discovery4.77.zip, unzip archive contents to your game folder and overwrite files. IONCROSS folder is needed only for server operators, so you needn't copy that one to game folder (but - no harm if you do).

While reinstalling Freelancer, using FLMM to install Discovery is essential.

Reinstalling Freelancer while updating Discovery is not necessary. However if you encountered problems or just want to make sure that everything is correct, better spend 5 minutes and reinstall the game.

Download this version to play on our server. Do not try to log in with older 4.77 modification.
