This is a mistake, in my opinion. The harvesters dont tend to operate in bretonia very often, and the Junker's Union has already got stuff going on with them =P Dont rely on another faction to get yours up and running.
I would also highly suggest -not- starting a war or even attempting to go militant against bretonia's armed forces. That is not how junkers operate - we deal in the shadows, not in open warfare.
Take queues from the junker's congress and junker's union (though the latter is less established). The congress takes a very political-based standpoint on issues within sirius, but they are not out to try and 'steal' space already owned by liberty, or to incite a war with the liberty government. The Junker's Union tries in every way to -not- tick off the rheinland military, because doing so would be extremely bad for business.
You have to think in terms of profit and greed. A junker, or body of junkers, does whatever they can to remain nuetral with -everyone-. You have to get your hands into everyone's pockets - including the government. You toss petty criminals to the government / police to keep them off your back, you smuggle against kusari to help the bretonian government, and you get paid for it; but at the same time, you're picking clean the pockets of criminals to fill your own coffers. You deal with the mollys to get their gold, you deal with the gaians to get their cash, you deal with the corsairs for their artifacts and with the outcasts for their cardamine - and then you turn around and sell all of htat to make yourself a profit.
The more enemies you have, the less money you can make, and the more careful you have to be. A junker should always strive to never create conflict, but to feed and thrive on existing conflict.

This all relates to it, maybe not all of them but they get close in some senses, so please give me some feedback, Community!
In truth, capitalism is good for junkers - it allows you to profit off of the misfortune of others. If you can steal money from a dying man, you'll do it - honor and morals be damned. This goes for all of us, all over sirius - if you arent a junker we really dont care about anything other than the money you can give us.
It's nice that you want to get some activity going in bretonia while creating your own faction, but junkers - again - do not create conflict. You cannot start a war as a junker and hope to profit it unless you absolutely are sure that you can win that war, and that the spoils available from the downfall of your enemy will be worth the losses incurred in trying to defeat him.
