Pending a reworking of the capital ship policy (which I'd rather just disappear, and which will be shrinking quite a bit [not related to this incident, but instead to my pushing for it]), we are ignoring these rebels as beneath us to deal with. Please ignore them as pests, we will eventually get around to dealing with them once we have dealt with other, more pressing matters.

It's obvious that they're just making a grab for attention - best to ignore 'em.
