First I should note, it was partly my idea to have the three-junker-faction setup. It splits control of the three houses (rheinlandberty/bretonia) among three factions and allows more focus on each area.

I can see why a lot of people would be opposed to it, much like the 3 or 4 outcast factions we've got running around - but they are all based out of the same system/planet (omicron alpha - malta), while we're split up as one group in each house.

Anyways, to address some things:

First off - no go with the GMG. They dont like junkers, and the only reason they tolerate junkers in sigma 13 is because we're helping the ALG clean up that mess the rheinlanders made when they got stomped on in the 80 years and nomad wars.

Zoners should be listed as nuetral. They do not directly support lawful or unlawful groups, and they actually support the xenos 'under the table'. When in doubt, go by the rep list in-game - the only allies to zoners are GMG and order.

I would suggest listing outcasts and corsairs as neutral, or list one as nuetral and list another as friendly (but not allied). We do play both sides of the conflict between those factions, but we are not really 'in-tight' with either one most of the time. The exception would be cases like the Junker's union - our area of space has no outcasts, and only distanced outcast allies, so we're more friendly towards corsairs and dont really have any dealings with outcasts.
Likewise with your faction - the corsairs are supporting kusari, indirectly, in the war against bretonia. Bretonians hate corsairs, and are receiving small amounts of help from the outcasts indirectly in that conflict. If you ally more with the corsairs, you're going to be on worse terms with bretonia - whereas if you ally more with the outcasts, you'll receive a tad bit more government support. Ideally you should look to be perfectly nuetral in all aspects - profiting off of everyone but never supporting any one cause.

Another thing I'd suggest is talking to the bretonian official factions (BPA and QCRO/QCRF whatever) and trying to set yourselves up as privateers for bretonia - a privateer is a pirate that works for a government, meaning you'd be actively pirating and disrupting trade into kusari in order to help bretonia economically in the war against kusari. This makes you look better in the lawful eyes of bretonia, and gives you some 'slack' when it comes to illegal activities.

I would suggest getting authorization from the mollys (UoG - union of gold) for that gunboat, rather than the rogues. Your operating area is in bretonian space, and you purchase the rogue gunboat from a molly base in newcastle. Both factions use the same ships.
