Piracy according to the rules

On the Benitez forums, there is a post within our Piracy area called "Pirate Ethics". Within that post is a specific guideline for tax rates.

Normal Benitez tax= 2-3 million credits.
If a trader has less than 4000 cargo, you charge them no more than 1 million credits.

However, I'm sad to say that with this "refusal to stop" malarky, it'll be a hell of a lot more difficult for pirates to pirate with anything more elabourate than "2 mill or die".
Freelancer taught me how to touchtype; since playing my words per minute has almost tripled, but not everyone can type so fast, and with traders running away on afterburn, refusing to stop, and with the pirates not being able to do a damn thing about it, there just isn't time to type a decent RP demand.

Using admin's interpretation of the rules to batter honest players into playing like robots will be the death of this place.
