I've never been asked for 1 mil or less, and only once, going rate seems to be 2 mil. Kudos to the pirates here, I've been NOT taxed becasue it wasnt worth their time (well over the level 30 pvp limit).

I cant think of a route that I would loose 2 mil on, sorry. Of course, I would never fly away from the map with the intent of going afk either.
