Asking for 25 million is just looking for PVP.

You need a terrorist ID for that.

Until it's officially against the rules for pirates to do, then no, you apparently don't need a terrorist ID.


According to the rules (which is the point and purpose of this topic), a pirate can demand whatever he wants, regardless of how absurd it may be. Those are the rules, and until rules are changed to reflect the fact that doing this is apparently "wrong", then no one should be punished for it. It's not like this sort of thing happens often enough to be an actual problem, but it is a useful "loophole" when it comes to dealing with childish players who'll never accept losing regardless of the situation.
