I agree that "Stop", "Halt", ..... is an order given to you, just like "stop, pay a mil, drop some cargo,....", but.....
...not in system chat

Recently, i was flying with my trader, run into some npc's that disrupted trade lane... they started to fire at me... suddenly, "drop your cargo" msg showed in SYSTEM chat.... for who is that msg? npc's still shooting at me... "drop your cargo or die".. another msg in SYSTEM chat... poor that guy that is attacked by a pirate... i see only bunch of npc's around me... then, the trade line opens, i docked, but lane was disrupted again.... i got stucked in it.... cannot move, shoot, nothing... then, i noticed my shield is droping at high speed...poof...no shields....i think to myself some nasty npc's.... repair....again shields down, then hull down... repair...nothing....boooom....destroyed...by SOME PIRATE?!? he didn't ask nothing FROM ME.....

no demands should be asked via system chat... only by direct, private channels....or at least with name of the ship in demanding msg.

well look around. Dont be so dead locked on the lane ahead. they have turret view and contact list. If your lane was dirupted twice it good indication that was you he was talking to.

You could then say "Wait!!!" "I'll pay!!!" We can have all these demands placed on pirates alone. Traders may have to use thier scanners and turret view from time to time. It does take some time for a lane to go back up after its knocked out. Look around next time.
