Commanders & Honored Council Dons,

I have received a transmission from an unknown to the SOB race of an AI self aware machine force calling themselves the "Hunters" I have sent a response but wish to confer with you as the leaders & primary protectors of the great Outcast nations.
The following is what I received:

*A Harmonic tone of two voices, one human and one machine can be heard almost echoing*

We shall not assist the Harvesters against the Outcasts, nor the Corsairs. We wish to learn. Not enslave.>

As only a hand full of my smuggling ships & contracted smugglers have seen any of these Hunter ships, our intel is limited, Yet my Intel Officer has found this information on them

We have received your transmission. At this time I would like to clear a few data errors you have collected. SOB (Shadow Outcast Brigade) is not the strongest Outcast faction. we are merely a Outcast Peoples Militia that supports Outcast military units known as 'The 101st Ghosts of Razgriz' & 'The Reapers of Sirius' (101st & RoS respectively)
Your alliance with the Harvester Units is a grave concern for us, as they stalk and attempt to kill our pilots, citizens & traders.
Then there is the matter of you also being neutral to our most hated enemy, The Corsairs. Their unholy alliance with the Harvesters has already put a strain on our resources. With their use of the Harvesters attempts to "collect" our bodies, for what we fear as to be later used as a food source for the cannibalistic dogs, I can not see how any alliance could be formed.
However, As I stated, we are but a mere peoples militia. I will relay this request to
the commanders of 101st & RoS & to the Council Of the Outcast Dons & await their
decision in this matter.
Until such an answer is received, we will not fire unless fired upon, but make every attempt to stay clear of any Outcast ship. We tend to shoot first & sort the wreckage later.
