Admin Notice: Ship purchase restrictions

Ugh. Yay... More to do to get a ship I have permission to use on my pirate ID. -.-

I can't say I really approve of this if it does, in fact, stop people from purchasing white tech. I do, of course, have no problem with the red blocks being stopped, but eh.... This is meh.

A better idea might be to remove the regulation of ship/weapon usage for white cells from being an admin issue, and let factions kill/bounty those people that fly their technology without permission. And then diplomacy rules between players and admins don't have to get involved.

Oh man, if I could fly a Werewolf and pirate Rogue Transports without losing permission to fly the Werewolf.... And therefore having to sell it.... ooooooooh.
(Rogues are just an example)


This is reducing the rights of the many to restrict the few who abuse it.
