Xeno Pulse cannon

Something that was said in another thread somewhere got me thinking. It was mentioned that the Xenos don't have a shield breaking weapon to call their own, so how about a stolen Debilitator? Have it do about 3% less damage for the same percentage more power, but have a slightly better range.

The idea is that they managed to get their hands on a small number of Debilitators, but the pulse generators were damaged during the acquisition. They managed to get them working, but not exactly the way they were designed. The new pulse generators they cobbled together aren't as efficient as the originals, but they managed to create a more stable pulse.

Exact stats are up for debate, as is the name for the weapon. I was thinking maybe Brown Recluse, with a reddish-brown pulse effect.

For the record, I don't play as a Xeno. I just think it would be an interesting new development.
