Good evening, allies. This is Ayumu Ishida of the Outcasts. I was recently placed in command of Cape Wrath Base, our closest base to you, and its defenses are woefully inadequate.

To help fix this defensive hole, I need something with more firepower than my Scimitar. Your Loki model fits my needs perfectly. I am a light fighter pilot, and your ship is the only light fighter I know of capable of carrying heavy ordnance.

This is a request for only a single fighter, no more. Any other Outcasts operating out of the base will have to make their requests personally.

I will, of course, pay for the materials and labor.
