Okay, so if we do give it the same speed and range as the Black Widow, as well as a slightly higher power drain, that should put it about on par with the Debi's. With my proposal, it will be particle based instead of a true pulse weapon, resulting in more damage to Graviton shields, again just like the Black Widow.

Shield Damage - 635 - still slightly lower than the Debs, but the Particle type will offset this against Graviton Shields, which are normally resistant to Pulse weapons.
Hull Damage - 37
Range - 600 - Same as Deb and Tizzie.
Speed - 700
Power Usage - 140 - Slightly lower than Tizona, but higher than Imp. Deb.
Type: Particle

Again, these are not supposed to be original designs, they are supposed to be jury rigged weapons. This particular jury rigging job prevented them from "overclocking" much. Call it an accidental discovery that they managed to make a Particle-based shield buster in the first place.
