My intelligence officer intercepted this transmission broadcast on a Liberty Navy frequency that we have obtained the code for via a un-named informant.

Right, first things first.

Plato is not a cardamine smuggler. He is an informant...

Next of all, I ordered you to stand down and to not fire on his vessel again. You're trying to get rid of our informant.

Now, I was on the Relentless to handle several things with the onboard computer systems. Cray Fairchild, constantly kept hitting the Relentless with his Gunboat, sending her spinning around. I warned him that I would fire, if he didn't stop. Instead, he kept on with his ridiculous gestures. Next, Kearsarge Matt started bumping into me as well.

I warned them SO many times, yet they wouldn't listen. So, I fired several warning shots, then they opened up on me...

So, note this, I didn't shoot at him for shooting down "Plato". I shot at him for constantly ramming the Relentless, sending her spinning, even after many warnings.

Note the second line in this transmission;

Plato has been seen in Alpha & in Malta dock orbit numerous times. & checking my smugglers logs, every time he is in Alpha, & one of my smugglers leaves out with a load to Texas or New York, they seem to have a fleet of navy ships awaiting them.

There for I request to all Outcasts, If Plato is sen in any Outcast space or territory., Kill him on site !
He will now be added to the SOB's KoS list.
