im just spitballing here, but mabey the ID can be a wingman contract
E.G.,

Order Private's ID, 0 light fighters wingmen, 1million
Order Enforcer's ID, 1 light fighter wingman, 10million
Order Sergent's ID, 2 light fighters wingmen, 30million
Order Captain's ID, 1 heavy fighter wingman, 50million
Order Admiral's ID, 2 heavy fighters wingmen, 70million

of course name and fighter respective to faction,
the only MAJOUR problem i se here is the imense amount of scripting and toil old iggy would have to do, so... :unsure:
