Shield Batteries with Damage!

This is the same as with the weapons i picked up that a *possible hacker* droped when he died
if you look closeley, theres no healthbar, they arnt damaged - there justisnt a health bar

i picked up 3 sidewinder missiles, none of them had healthbars and they were all with$0
however, the repair bill for each one of them was exactly the same, 164000 exactly, for each one.

this was the same for several other items picked up including missile turrets and marsflyer stem guns.
