$50 million for a Licence to transport exports is outrageous! I know it is a time of war, but there should still be some rationality. $50 million is too steep for independent traders who can barely afford an escort, whilst, corporations can pull funds together in weeks even days. Please be reasonable, $25 million would be ideal, but i could live with $30, even $35 million.
