I am Masaru Yoshida, the leader of the Lunar Eclipse mercenary unit. This transmission is not about requesting permission to enter your space. This is about your ban on mercenaries, however. You see, I'm confused. Having been in this line of work for about two decades, it takes a lot to confuse me. Congratulations.

Your ban is a lawful order, backed up by the military. However, any mercenary who would attack you wouldn't care about your orders - they are, after all, out to kill you. You have granted yourself no extra protection, and indeed may have cost yourself some safety by alienating those who might have helped.

Those who would hunt you will not be stopped by you telling them not to. Those who would help are being turned away at the gate.

I cannot see any sound rationale behind this. Right now it just looks like you're paranoid.
